This wet/dry model comes with the upgraded AIVI 3D2.0 lidar system Ecovacs, which offers improved mapping and obstruction avoidance. It uses dual-laser LiDAR similar to the kind is used in self-driving cars and is able to scan an area of up to 32 feet in 270 degrees. This translates to more accurate mapping and faster response times and better cleaning accuracy.
It also comes with an adjustable mopping pad made of chenille fabric, which makes it easier to scrub tough spots than traditional mops. In my tests the X2 Omni washed its pad in just a few seconds and was ready to go. I noticed that it was more accurate than other models which seemed to follow a grid around rooms. It was able to navigate the corners and edges of my rooms, as well as make "Zambani patterns" both in and out of the middle of the room. It also returned to its OMNI station frequently to empty the dust bin and clean the mop using hot water prior to beginning another cleaning job.

The Deebot T10 is a great robot vacuum that produces impressive results. It was able to remove more than 96% of the dust we tossed at it our hardwood flooring and floors, which is a remarkable performance. It also did a fantastic job with tile and carpet cleaning up more than 99% of dirt and other debris.
This robot vacuum and mop has a large docking system that lets you clean the mop pads automatically using cool water for the mop pads. It also features an auto-emptying 3L bag that is easy to replace, and hot air drying for quick and easy maintenance. The A4s Pro is a bit expensive, but it's a great buy for people who want to to leave the house hands-free so they can get out and do other things or do chores. The A4s Pro also offers a handy auto cleaning mode that boosts suction power to tackle tough spills and dirt and is equipped with an electric ElectroWall which allows you to place boundaries where the robot isn't permitted to access.
This budget-friendly model from a well-known new brand is the cheapest we've tested and provides exceptional value for the money. Its basic navigation system uses an extremely basic random pathing algorithm, but it doesn't have room mapping capabilities, making it less efficient than the other models on this list. However, it's still able to navigate under furniture and into corners and its mopping mode performed well during our tests and was able to pick up pet hair and other debris effortlessly.
5. Shark iQ
Shark's iQ may not appear as durable however, it's better in removing pet hair from all surfaces. It gets rid of floors with less efficiently and does a decent job on carpets with a low pile, and it makes use of smart-pathing navigational technology for superior maneuverability. It also lets you transfer it to a particular area, and its advanced set of automation features include no-go zones and scheduling. It also allows you to suspend and restart cleaning sessions which is ideal for homes with pets.
Its self-cleaning brushroll prevents knots from pet hair and other debris, and its self-emptying dock station can hold up to 30 days of dirt before it needs to be emptied. It also has an array of side brushes that are angled to dig deep into corners, and its multi-stage filter system is able to capture dust, dander, and allergens for a cleaner air.
